You're welcome to walk in during opening hours, or contact us first to arrange a time. For vintage or fragile pieces, we'd prefer a brief conversation before you travel, so we can make sure we're the right fit for the work.

A standard mechanical or automatic service typically takes two to three weeks. We'll give you a more specific estimate once we've had a look at the movement. We send a short update when the watch is opened and again when it's ready.

For vintage restoration work, we have established contacts with parts suppliers across Asia and Europe. We always discuss sourcing options with you before ordering anything, and we'll be direct if a part is not available or if a reproduction would be the only option.

After fitting a new battery and gasket, we use a pressure-testing tool to confirm the case seals correctly. We test to the watch's stated rating where practical. You'll receive a note on the result and a suggested interval for the next check.

We work on most mechanical and quartz watches regardless of brand. There are a small number of proprietary movements that require specialist tools we don't carry — if yours is one of them, we'll let you know promptly and point you toward an appropriate contact.

Mechanical movement servicing starts at ฿1,490. Battery and water-resistance care is ฿2,790. Vintage restoration begins at ฿4,150, with the final figure depending on the piece and scope of work — agreed with you before any work begins.
